  1. Thanks for reading, guys. I really wanted to create something that illustrates a search with the photos and all. Glad you enjoyed it. I know it’s a little wordy, so thanks again. I sent it over to F to check out but he can’t open it up for some reason. Maybe a tech issue. Hopefully I’ll get him in tomorrow. He can baffle and confuse us all with his poem, but can’t seem to open my link up. lol CHC

      • Kym, no kidding! Maybe I could sell it to the guys on the show “American Pickers”. haha. I would have taken it as a trophy, but it was wedged in there pretty good. Maybe someday I’ll read that someone found a waffle iron in a well with a note from Forrest Fenn inside, saying to dig down 6 more inches to reach the chest. Wow, that would be rough…CHC

  2. Thanks, Into the Chase. I am still editing a few parts of it, but you got the idea. I look at it as a good way to hone in my writing skills. Glad you enjoyed it. CHC

  3. COhighcountry –

Thank you for the interesting, informative and well put together story of your hunt. You followed the clues in order and everything made perfect sense.

If found the petroglyphs fasinating – as they have become a clue to my spot indirectly. To just imagine the indians sitting there making them so long ago is quite amazing.

You are very brave to go down in that well alone. I guarantee you, I would never do that.

I enjoyed the pictures and your very well written story. Thanks again.
